Lean Manufacturing Program

A complete program which is mostly action-based training (70% action learning & 30% classroom learning) intended for the entire hierarchy (Supervisors, Shift Managers, Value Stream Managers, Production & Operations Managers, Factory Manager and his direct reports) gives all the needed elements to  implement Lean methodology. Designed in 9 stages spread across the year to accommodate the busy schedule of all managers. A trusted, recognised & appreciated program by our clients, all participants at the end for the program  leave with a know-how and the confidence to directly apply the learnings in their daily life.

Lean System Tools

The basic idea behind the implementation and application of Lean is the Continuous Elimination of Waste which leads to better profitability for your business. 

The good news is that every company has this ability and with the Lean tools and techniques, they are enabled to deliver higher quality at the targeted cost.

Lean Six Sigma

For those looking to explore more of the statistical side of lean manufacturing, we provide Lean Six Sigma training. Six Sigma is a data-driven problem-solving methodology with a focus on identification of process variation and continuous process improvement with a low defect rate. 

The aim of  Six Sigma is to make a process effective which is - 99.99996 % defect-free. This means that a six sigma process results in 3.4 defects per million opportunities or less, as a result.

Six Sigma is conducted using the DMAIC framework. There are five stages in this framework

Quality Management

Mastering Quality is the ultimate goal for every business or organization. Companies spend an exhaustive amount of resources and still can't get Quality, First-Time-Right for the customer.

After so many years of working in the field, we have concluded that the pursuit of Quality needs to have the right mindset & attitude when facing any problem.
